Interested in becoming an aAa® approved analyzer?
Becoming an aAa® approved analyzer can be an extremely rewarding career choice. aAa® approved analyzers are not employees, they are self-employed, independent breeding consultants who receive intensive training in the aAa® Animal Analysis method prior to approval to use the aAa® and Weeks® service marks. Analyzers set their own schedules and each analyzer builds his or her own own customer base. There are no sales quotas or territories. Analyzers simply pay a 10% royalty on the analysis fees they earn using the aAa® service mark, comply with ongoing training requirements, and abide by the aAa® Terms of Use Agreement.
A successful aAa® approved analyzer is:
- From a Dairy Background – has experience as a dairy breeder or in other areas of the dairy industry, and ideally has experience using aAa® Animal Analysis
- People-oriented – genuinely enjoys talking with dairy producers and people in associated professions
- Willing to travel – regionally or nationally in order to build a successful analyzing business
- Self-Motivated – highly organized and able to work independently
- Ethical – considers business ethics and the “golden rule” essential to personal and group success
- Independent – unaffiliated with any AI or semen marketing organization and does not sell semen
- Passionate about Dairy Cattle Breeding
